The lovingly furnished, light-flooded and over 100m² large 4**** vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a listed old town house in the old town center of Constance.
The entire apartment is stylishly furnished to a high standard.

The accommodation
The entire apartment is fitted with exclusive real wood parquet flooring.
Two of the three bedrooms, the living room, the fully equipped kitchen with balcony and the separate bathroom are accessible from the large hallway.
Occupancy is possible for up to 6 people.
Check in is contactless via a keybox.
We will provide you with the code immediately after receiving your guest information for the guest cards.
On arrival you will receive the BODENSEECARD WEST from us!
With the BODENSEECARD WEST as a free ticket, vacationers can get to their destination more relaxed. You can simply leave your car at home during your vacation. The BODENSEECARD WEST is given to all overnight guests in the 10 participating towns at check-in. It serves as a free ticket in the district of Constance (including Stein am Rhein and Überlingen). It also offers a 20 percent discount on the Untersee boat trip, reduced admission to museums and reduced rental fees for bicycles and boats.

To register guests and issue guest cards, we require the full name, address, date of birth, nationality and ID number of all guests!
