The kitchen is fully equipped, while the two bedrooms, one double and one twin/double, ensure maximum comfort during nighttime resting.

The bathroom, equipped with a convenient shower, completes the interiors of this cozy apartment. Outside, a spacious porch offers an ideal space for enjoying outdoor meals, with breathtaking sea views that will make every moment an unforgettable experience.

Check-out: by 9:00 AM.

Linens: bed and bath linens are not provided in the apartments. It is possible to rent them within 7 days before the arrival date at a cost of Euro 40 for the double bed to be picked in Portoferraio.

Pets are allowed with an extra fee of 40 euro.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
