Environment description
Our holiday flat is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, directly on the Bachweg, which leads to all hiking trails. Nevertheless, it is only a 10-minute walk along the beautiful Jenbach to the village centre. There you will find everything your heart desires. The outdoor pool is just a 15-minute walk away. Alternatively, you can cool off in the Gumpe in the Jenbach. In the Sterntaler Filzen you can enjoy the enchanted landscape with unique flora and fauna in the immediate vicinity. For hiking enthusiasts, the start of the Wendelstein, Farrenpoint, Jenbachtal and many other hiking trails is right on the doorstep. Cyclists can enjoy the nearby Lake Constance-Königssee cycle path. Mountain bike fans will also get their money's worth in the surrounding area. Our Bavarian Sea, the Chiemsee, can be reached in just 30 minutes via the A8 motorway.

As the host family, we would like to introduce ourselves to you. We are Martin and Alexandra with our children Benjamin and Franziska. With a lot of love and passion we have renovated our small but fine holiday flat in beautiful Jenbach for you in 2024. We are happy to answer any questions you may have at any time and look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

terms/extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 1.70 per person/night for adults. Children from 14 to 17 years: 1,20 EUR. Children from 0 to 13 years: 0,00 EUR. For a stay of one night, half of the respective spa tax is due. You are also welcome to pay your bill by Paypal, EC card, MasterCard or Visa card.

Arrival Description
Motorway A8, Munich-Salzburg, exit Bad Aibling/Bad Feilnbach, turn right towards Bad Feilnbach. In Bad Feilnbach, continue to follow the right of way (direction Brannenburg) and take the next right into the street ‘Am Heilholz’. After approx. 800m turn right at number 50 and continue to number 50b. The guest car park is in the inner courtyard on the far left.

Description of the accommodation
Our lovingly furnished holiday flat is located at the foot of the Wendelstein and offers modern, small accommodation for 1 to 2 people, directly on the hiking trail. Newly renovated (2024), it has a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a separate kitchen and dining area. The flat has its own entrance, which ensures privacy. A small terrace with barbecue and seating provides the perfect end to a wonderful day in the great outdoors. Ideal for nature lovers, hikers and cyclists.
