The apartment is located within the Corvetto district in the south-east of Milan, near the Rogoredo district. It is a residential and commercial area, characterized by a significant presence of residential buildings, including some modern apartment and condominium complexes.

The neighborhood is well connected to the city center thanks to the presence of the M3 metro line (yellow line), with the Corvetto station which is a 450 meter walk from the apartment and allows you to quickly reach the main attractions of the city.
