Due to the construction work on the dike and the resulting disadvantages, we have lowered our prices.
4-star vacation home for 5 people, child-friendly, 2 dogs are welcome (possibly more possible)
Semi-detached house with own fenced garden, a few meters to the dike.
Equipped with:
Functional kitchen (stove with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, various small appliances).
Terrace furniture and beach chair, TV with BlueRay. Broadband internet and Netflix included in the rental price.
Spacious bathroom (with window and separate garden exit) with shower on the ground floor,
Second bathroom (with window) on the second floor (washbasin, shower, WC)
Bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe
Children's room with single bed and bunk bed (pull-out)
Storage room with 2 adult bicycles and 1 children's bicycle, handcart, washing machine, tumble dryer.
For your relaxation we have installed a 2-person infrared cabin (for a fee).
Note on the billing of electricity costs:
In the past, we have found that some guests have been very careless with their electricity consumption, resulting in very high electricity costs. On the basis of average values, we provide guests with a free basic quota of 10 KWh/day. Any electricity consumption in excess of this will be charged per KWh. We ask for your understanding.
There is a large meadow for playing on the quiet communal grounds.
The house is suitable for all seasons. Especially on cooler days, the infrared cabin invites you to relax.
Dogs allowed for an extra fee.
