This apartment (170sqm) is located on the first floor of the house with a total of 3 vacation apartments and has 5 bedrooms, two with 3 single beds each and three bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 2 shower bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, two communal living rooms, a private terrace, a large eat-in kitchen and a utility room with direct access to the communal garden area with a barbecue area.

The living area consists of two rooms. From one of the living rooms you have access to a terrace with seating furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped with: Oven, an extra-large ceramic hob, extractor hood, a large and a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and of course plenty of crockery. The large dining table in the kitchen seats up to 8-10 people. An additional table and chairs can be added for larger groups.
