Located in the neighborhood of Puerta del Angel, in the south of the capital, it is the booming neighborhood on the other side of the Manzanares! Following its course you will also find Madrid Rio, a huge recreational and cultural enclave that has a surprising fauna and historical monuments and leisure and cultural facilities. A visit to this area is highly recommended.

In the same place there is a mix of traditional bars and modern cafes, giving life and dynamism to its streets.

The rest of the neighbors will be maintained under ordinance in Madrid considering night hours between 23 and 7 hours on weekdays, and between 23 and 8 hours on holidays.

*Important: This property is rented on a monthly basis subject to these conditions
- An intermediate cleaning may be required for reservations of more than 2 months.

*The guest will receive a link where he/she will have to make the payment of the tourist tax imposed by the local government (not included in the final price of the accommodation).

In the same link also, you will have to register each guest, add your personal data and sign the contract prior to arrival.

*Late check-in has an additional cost of 35€ from 20h to 22h or 50€ from 22h to 00h.
