The holiday apartment 'Podere Nuti - 3 Vallino' is located in Cecina and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV.
A baby cot is also available.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool (open from 10 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 7 pm), a garden, a barbecue and a playground.
The holiday home is located close to important Tuscan cities; it is 60 minutes from Florence and Siena, 40 minutes from Volterra and 45 minutes from Pisa international airport.
A parking space is available on the property.
Pets are allowed on request for a fee.
Air conditioning is not available.
There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. The security cameras record when guests are on site but the recordings are deleted after 24h. The cameras record the garden and the street, not in the apartment.
