The 60 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the living room, smart TV with streaming services, fan, and washing machine. Enjoy a private balcony, perfect for relaxing in the evening.
The location is excellent, within walking distance of cafés, grocery stores, and a bus stop.
The city center is about 20 minutes away, and the beach is a short drive. Free street parking is available.
Parties and pets are not allowed.
Please respect quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am.
The building has some stairs and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Doors are wide and easy to access. A shuttle service is available for an extra fee.
Cleaning service is also available for an extra fee. Until the end of November, construction will take place on the floor below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, which may cause some noise.

La propreté, la localisation, le calme de la résidence
Le manque de volets, surtout au niveau de la chambre. Le store occultant n'est pas suffisant au regard de l'éclairage public situé juste devant la fenêtre, c'est dommage mais pas rédhibitoire.
