Bright and comfortable apartment, able to accommodate up to 4 people, with a large double bedroom and bedroom with a bunk bed, equipped terrace, living room and kitchenette. Ideal for a relaxing beach holiday, a few meters from the Blue Beach and in a convenient position for visiting the cities of the coast and other splendid villages: Senigallia to the south (6 km), Fano center (14 km) and Pesaro (25 km) to the north.


The 50sqm accommodation is located on the mezzanine floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: it is necessary to climb the stairs to access it.

- LIVING AREA with TV, dining table, split A/C, balcony with access to the terrace;

Reserved covered parking space available in the condominium garage below the apartment.


Additional facilities available for the guests: two bicycles to visit the surroundings, independent heating, fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and linen are included (with optional changes for a fee).


At the time of check-in you will need to register the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore you will be asked to show a valid document.


Please note that check-ins beyond the indicated time go with the property and directly agree on a supplement as follows
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.


The tourist tax of 1.00 euros per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 15 nights, as provided by the municipality of Marotta. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.


The apartment is located in Marotta, and is ideal for a relaxing beach holiday: it is in fact a stone's throw from the sandy beaches, both equipped and free, and a short distance from essential services such as bars, pharmacy and supermarket, easily reachable on foot. From this position, in a few minutes by car, it is also possible to reach all the most famous locations of the Romagna and Marche coast, and the characteristic villages of the hinterland.


The accommodation can be reached by car. It is possible to park the car in the reserved covered place in the condominium garage, below the apartment.
