This lovely residential area is a stones throw from the best Edinburgh has to offer, local deli's and bars/restaurants are excellent. Take in a show at The Playhouse Theatre or Movie at the Omni Centre minutes walk away. If you have shopping in mind the new St James Quarter is only a 10 minute walk and has everything you could wish for in a shopping complex.
Fabulous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom flat at the edge of the beautiful New Town, with a private entrance and free parking. It boasts a hallway entrance, three large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fitted kitchen, and an open living and dining area.

Important information:
* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and £50 if you find yourself locked out. Get in contact with us asap and we'll get you back in the property as quickly as we can.
* We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
* £100 charge if you lose the parking permit
* Travel cot available on request (additional fees), Please note that bedding is not included
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
