Bright apartment, of about 80 sqm with period furniture, which can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the third floor (NO lift) of a typical Venetian building. The building boasts a very central position: it is a two-minute walk from Piazza San Marco, the beating heart of the Venetian city.

The apartment has a kitchen/bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, a balcony and a spacious terrace, overlooking the San Marco bell tower, ideal for delicious outdoor meals.

- KITCHENETTE with gas hob (4 burners), microwave, fridge, kettle, moka, toaster and kitcheware;

- ROOM with double bed (next to the KITCHEN, NO door separating the two rooms);

- LIVING ROOM: double sofa bed, desk and dining table;

- BATHROOM: toilet, bidet, sink and shower box;

- TERRACE with tables and chairs (access from the living room);

- BALCONY (access from the kitchenette).


Baby cot available on request (for a fee).


Other services available to guests: electric heating, air conditioning (split in the living room), wardrobe, iron and hairdryer. Free wifi.


Other important information

All identity documents (IDs) of guests must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law. The tourist tax is not included in the price, it is to be paid locally in cash 4 € per person per day for the first 5 days. Children 0-9 years are exempt, boys 10-16 years have a 50% tax reduction.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours
- EUR 40 from 20:00 until 22:00;

- EUR 60 from 22:00 until 24.00;

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The area

The apartment is located in “Sestriere San Marco”, the beating heart of the Venetian life. This is the richest and most luxurious district of the city, with its countless monuments and the works of art that it contains. The heart of the district is “Piazza San Marco”, from which it takes its name, where “Palazzo Ducale” (seat of Venetian political power), the “Basilica of San Marco” (erected to contain the body of the evangelist Marco, now patron saint of the city) and the San Marco bell tower, from which you can enjoy a suggestive view over the whole city, are located. Absolutely not to be missed are the “Merceria”, the commercial area of Venice, “Ponte dei Sospiri” (literally “bridge of sighs”), which connects the Doge's Palace to the “Prigioni Nuove” (“new prisons”), La Fenice Theatre, the main opera house in Venice, the Goldoni Theater, the oldest in the city, and Palazzo Grassi, overlooking the Grand Canal and permanent home of Pinault's collections and other contemporary art exhibitions. It is also possible to reach the Accademia Gallery, which houses an extraordinary collection of Venetian paintings and the famous Peggy Guggeneim Collection (Palazzo Venier).

From Venezia Santa Lucia Railway Station, it is possible to reach the apartment in 15 minutes, by taking the vaporetto boat n.2 to "Rialto". From "Rialto" stop, it is necessary to continue on foot for 5 minutes to the property.


To Marco Polo Airport
It is necessary to take the Boat Alilaguna shuttle service to San Marco Vallaresso (6 minutes on foot from the apartment) / San Zaccaria (5 minutes on foot from the apartment) / Rialto (5 minutes on foot from the apartment) depending on the time and the season.
