Our comfortable and modern studio apartment is composed of a large living room with two double sofa beds and a wide wardrobe, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer and a microwave. It can accommodate up to four guests. The apartment is equipped with A/C (at an extra weekly cost), TV and a lovely terrace. The building is equipped with and elevator and it comes with a private outdoor parking space.

-Security deposit: 200eur will be collected only in cash at the check-in. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out after the accommodation inspection.

-pets allowed on request: no cats allowed, only dogs. From 50eur to 80eur per pet per week, depending on the size of the dog:
