The holiday home is a semi-detached house and furnished in a modern style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet location the domicile is popular. Available for use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities and garden furniture. 4 sunbeds. The house BAL MAR 146 (for 8 people) is located in the other semi-detached house.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
