It is the multitude of attractions that makes the city of Potsdam a unique travel and excursion destination in Germany. Embedded in a charming cultural landscape with its wonderful gardens, castles and lakes, Potsdam is a particularly attractive centre of attraction for lovers of architecture and art. It was the Hohenzollerns who essentially shaped Potsdam and the Mark Brandenburg in a unique way. The parks of Sanssouci, Cecilienhof and Babelsberg bring history into the present. Our holiday home Eiche is situated on the edge of the Lenne'schen Flurlandschaft, on a southern slope, in the immediate vicinity of Sanssouci Park. The holiday home, divided into two separate holiday flats, is quietly situated in the second row on a garden plot of approx. 500 sqm. A south-facing terrace and a west-facing balcony invite you to relax. There is a carport with two parking spaces at the house and a games room in house 1 with table tennis, billiards and table football for use by arrangement. Walk out of the garden towards Katharinenholz along the mystical "Dark Pond", then Lindstedt Castle and the Belvedere on the Klausberg invite you to take a short break. You will soon reach the New Palace, an electoral guest palace, the most magnificent work of Frederician palace architecture. palace architecture.

How to get there
Car: A 10 to AS Leest, continue in the direction of Grube, Golm to Eiche, Kaiser-Friedrich-Straße, left Ehrenpfortenstraße, right Eichenhain, left Siedlungsweg, right to the end of the small private path; public transport: from Potsdam-Hbf. Bus 606 to bus stop Ehrenpfortenbergstraße, then continue as described above. Description of the accommodation
Flat 2 OG The flat is located on the upper floor with a wonderful view to the south and a west-facing 5 sqm balcony. The 85 m² flat is generously proportioned and has a spacious entrance area, a fully equipped kitchen with living-dining area and direct access to the balcony, two large bedrooms with two double beds each, as well as a generously proportioned bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC.
