In the northern Chiemgau in the middle of the biotope network of the Seeoner,- and Eggstätter Seeenplatten, the 2020 newly built, very idyllically situated holiday apartment "Bei der Töpferei" is located in the outbuilding of a pottery. The 75 sqm apartment on the first floor, built and furnished according to ecological standards, can be reached via a spacious hallway with cloakroom.
To the south you enter the spacious living room with a very well equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and fridge-freezer with dining area and 2 single beds (190 x 80 cm) as well as a balcony facing south. To the north you enter the comfortable sleeping-living room with double bed (Bluetooth speaker- radio-CD-player available).
From the hallway you can also enter the spacious shower room with a clear view to the east.
The special thing about the apartment is its exposed location with views in all directions on the edge of a landscape conservation area and because it is the only
apartment in the building, you feel like you're in a holiday home.
The facilities also include Wi-Fi, fans and a game collection for cosy evenings.
There is also a beautiful outdoor area with lots of greenery, beautifully grown in, with seating, lounging and barbecue facilities.
The next supermarket is about 5 km away, restaurants are also within a radius of about 3 km.
The Chiemsee with its many leisure activities is 7 km away. The monastery Seeon is about 3 km away and the city of Rosenheim can be reached after about 35 km. Salzburg is about 70 km away and Munich about 80 km.
In winter you have mountain views as well as access to cross-country skiing tracks.
Parking spaces are available on the property and on the road.
Pets are not allowed.
Visitor's tax is to be paid on the spot.
