Magnificent house recently renovated and furnished in the area of the Albaicín in Cuesta de Alhacaba next to the famous Plaza Larga.


The house has two floors. In the first one, there is a spacious living room with dining room. Also there is a kitchen, equipped with everything you need for your stay, and a small toilet. It has a terrace equipped with table and chairs to relax and enjoy the sun. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed 150x190 and another two with single beds 90x190. On this floor we find two fully equipped bathrooms.


The whole house has recently been decorated with brand new furniture.


It is located next to the Plaza de Larga, in the Albaicín neighborhood, a charming historical area. From this location, you can enjoy the main tourist attractions of Granada.


** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.**


During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
