The condominium "Stella" is divided into three scales, each scale has a lift and consists of 6 floors, each floor there are 5 apartments. BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING
Final cleaning by the guest is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. The accommodation must be tidy and clean (including the removal of any rest of food, cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposal of waste, etc.).
If it is not done correctly, a cost of € 90.00 will be charged.
The final cleaning service can be requested by the guest at the time of booking or at check-in at a cost of € 90.00.
TOURIST TAX
€ 0.50 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.
